Несложная социальная сеть, цель которой дать возможность каждому человеку оставить свой маленький след в истории. Ниже представлен пресс релиз, более детально описывающий идею самого проекта.
If you ever feel anxiety about your mortality, you probably need to read this.
Did you know that the fear of being forgotten after death or as it is also called - “Tanatophobia” is on the list of 10 most common phobias of America? According to a survey conducted by Chapman University in 2018, 57% of Americans at least once experienced the fear of death.
The same thing happened with a 20-year-old student from Ukraine, who is very afraid of death, so he came up with a social network that will give everyone a chance to leave their little mark in history. He called his project “Base of generation”.
“A few years after our death, no one will remember our existence except our relatives. I do not want such an outcome. History must remember everyone. Each of us leaves a digital footprint in the form of posts on Facebook, photos on Instagram or a blog on YouTube. I want our descendants to be able to study our history and culture not from the stories of historians, but from what we tell personally. «Base of generation» give them this opportunity.” -says founder of project Arsenii Hurtavtsov.
Unlike Facebook with its complex algorithms and a lot of information about the user, the “Base of generation” is a simple social network where the user can upload his photo, write nationality and leave links to his social networks.
Users can upload only one photo. A photo of themself as they want to be remembered by future generations.A FEATURE of the social network is that each time the page is refreshed, the photos of users on the main page change randomly. Thus, if you have not added the person you like on social networks, with a high probability you will never see him again. This makes people make decisions faster and take the first step.
“Nowadays you can find here people from all over the planet who live with you in the same generation and meet them on social networks. It can be, for example, a beautiful girl that you liked or a model for photography. But make a decision quickly. A randomly updated page and you will never see this person again.”
